- There are both DOS and Windows programs that will decode such files. A DOS program wouldn't be any easier than using TR to do it. A good Windows shareware program for this is WINCODE and can be found

- You can run TR safely under Win95 by starting the computer up with F8 and selecting the "DOS Prompt" option. You might be able to get away with a DOS window from Win95, but it may take some tweaking.
