My recollection is that we had the rule of no county-line QSOs due to the difficulty with the logchecking program decyphering the mults and that CT and NA would not accept more than one county info p

I had a problem with this two years ago in the CQ 160 CW as KH6DX mobile operated from the border of South Dakota and North Dakota. I let stations choose which state to count. It does cause a problem

They do, they simply log the station twice, once for each country. Since eash occurs at the same time, the QSL card will note just one QSO, with something like C/L Monroe/Madison I really don't under
