We got our offical permission to use PJ4R in the ARRL DX CW Contest. Look for PJ4/KU8E, PJ4/W9RE and PJ4/N5OT from Feb 17th - Feb 24th on all the bands. Unfortunately, Hal, N4GG, had to cancel due to
