It doesn't sound like an electric fence to me. Most electric fences produce a pop at about a 1 second interval. If you are very close to one, you may also be able to hear the charging mechanism. It w

Sorry, off by an order of magnitude. the clicks occur at about 40 - 50 / minute. Not to matter. It got buried in the qrn once the contest started. 487 x 64 = 62,912 at the turn. No much DX last night
