I have just tried SD (version V11.14) for the first time, and am having trouble with rig control. I have an FT817. There is no FT817.SD file, but I have convinced myself that the FT897 commands are s

This sounds VERY similar to the problem I reported a while ago with SD linked to an FT-817. Frequency is logged correctly but the band either doesn't change or changes wrongly (typically to 160m). I

Unfortunately I have to report that SDI 11.33 went quite seriously wrong on me in the IOTA contest, and I don't know why. I'm not a "serious" entrant, so it's not a major problem, but I thought I sho

It's more complicated than that. SDICHECK actually seems to put IOTA in the record twice, both with and without a hyphen. Here is an example from my log: <Call:4>YM0T <Mode:3>SSB <Band:3>20M <Freq:6

I've just installed V12.05 as a completely fresh install, in an attempt to sort out the problems I've had with rig control. The problems are still there, but I now have a theory about what is wrong.

My understanding is that you can EITHER - leave your PC running UTC and tell Windows that you are in the UTC timezone OR - set your PC to local time and set the time zone you are actually in. Either
