I was helping a new Flex5K owner with rtty. He uses MMTTY as his engine. I 'think' I remember that the REVERSE button in MMTTY only effects the RECEIVE polarity and it does not change the transmit to

Yes, if the station is using AFSK. Here's a quote from the MMTTY help file, "For AFSK, the REV button reverses the mark and space signals on receive and transmit." No, if you use FSK. _______________

I see my answer is a little contridictory. To clarify if you use AFSK RTTY then the REV button in MTTY will affect both RX and TX. For FSK RTTY the REV button only controls RX. 73, Art W2NRA "Keep to
