No, HK0NA was rather heavily oriented to CW and SSB operation early in their time on the island. It was not unusual to hear them on both CW and SSB across four or five bands with nary a signal on RT

I just saw the 15m op send JA2VHO TU HKØNA DWN DWN I watched the waterfall, and the big pile of JA was still calling above him. Any one who called down would have grabbed an easy QSO. He went back to

Well it must be my fault. On Thursday I they were spotted on 30m cw. So I posted a spot that in essance said 10140 hk0na rttypse Not a few hours later they were on rtty all over the place. As stated
