2 Tone was used along with MMTTY in the recent EA RTTY Contest. What a difference having two different decoders working on the same signal. Most of the time, both displayed the same information. Howe

Is there any way to turn Net off in 2Tone. I used 2Tone for a few hours but stayed in S&P because I did not want my Run frequency to wander all over. My Flex 5000 is AFSK. Or for running do I want to

In N1MM Logger Net is turned off in 2Tone when you are in Run mode. In WriteLog, there is Run and S&P states in the software. But, if you use RIT to zero-beat the station you want, using 2tone's two

On the other hand, G3YYD has previously suggested that software using 2Tone use the RXM_Switch command to turn off Net when calling CQ (F1/F11 in Writelog). That could easily be complemented by turni

Yes, if/when this function is implemented in WriteLog. But, not everyone uses F1/F11 for CQ. I use F2, for example. I'd prefer the logger not force a specific Fn key to be CQ. Net ON is an issue for

And those of us with the nice Flex radios are stuck in AFSK. Since there is an interface to control NET (used by N1MM), perhaps Writelog's Xmmt.ocx can exploit that. Although I have never used it, do

Don, et al Yes I installed N1MM today just to see if that was true. And indeed Net can be controlled for Run and S&P. Which says there is a programming interface there that Writelog can exploit also.

Specifying a radio as "Run" in WriteLog is just a label, not tied to how the radio is really being used. In other words, you can name a radio "Run" and still search & pounce with it. So, that won't w
