I don't believe that rules apply. I have used both. Sometimes the station likes to use the station callsign and sometimes they prefer to not get QSL's etc. However, if you use your's it is common to

Specifically, that goes in the "OPERATORS" line of the cabrillo header. When I operate at N6RO, using my own call, the header includes: CALLSIGN: N6ML CATEGORY: SINGLE-OP ALL HIGH OPERATORS: N6ML @N6
