For the NAQP RTTY in July I'll be out of town but have a Yaesu FT-920 I can use. I'm not familiar with this rig and have a few questions. I'll be taking my Buxcomm Rascal to be used as the interface.

So far no luck getting the 920 working in FSK mode. I've checked my Buxcomm interface with a ohm meter and it's showing a short when keyed, when I unkey the short goes away. This leaves me to believe

I've been using the Buxcomm with my FT1000 Field for about a year now without trouble. Maybe the 920 is a bit more stubborn, Ed (VP9GE) and I did short the pins together from the rig and the tones do
