We don't need different bandplans and it's not up to the IARU. It's the local license authorities that set mode allocations. The IARU can suggest bandplans but countries aren't bound by them. That's

Simple answer, change the macro from "AD1C TU QRZ?" to "AD1C TU N9LAH CQ" unless you're worried about milliseconds :) Less time than trying to fix the mess with other stations calling the wrong call.
