Ian I agree with the way you do it and that is how I have set it up here. My thinking was to make it like you would for a SSB contest. VE3JI 599 04 C0 KT0DX would make more sense then VE3JI 599 04 CO

Another tip I would suggest is when you set up your function keys to put in at least 2 or 3 spaces before the receive command. I would also recommend putting 2 spaces after the transmit command also.
