Exactly. Does anyone need to remind themselves that all Amateur frequencies are shared; and that sharing goes both ways. Because there's a band plan and the band plan says Digital Modes from 1800-181

Allocate? No, not allocate. The ARRL Band Plan does indicates Digital Modes from 1800 to 1810 kHz but also indicates CW in that segment as well (from 1800-2000 kHz actually). Please explain how opera

As is RTTY. The way I learned it, if the frequency is unoccupied you either listen for a while or ask and then call CQ. If the frequency is already occupied you turn the big knob in the middle of the
