No reason at all. Any exchange details (sent or received) that you do log are never uploaded to LoTW. The State/Province/DX that you download in the LoTW report comes from the certificate and Station

I wouldn't worry too much about the contest name. The CONTEST field in the header of a Cabrillo file is only used to cue the tqsl application about which column in the Cabrillo file to look for calls
