As the processor usage data shows, the computer was not being taxed. I believe each copy would have been given all the processing time it needed up to the point where the processor ran out of cycles.

As I recall, the rules don't actually preclude additional punctuation, the seconds field, or the "Z" character at the end. The additions did not cause any problem with WriteLog. I can click on 12:23:
