Joe is right. Pin 9 mutes the front panel mic hi input. Feed the audio in pin 11, put the radio in LSB, ground pin 9 and you ought to get power out. Why switch to AFSK if FSK was working? GL de W1EL

You need to apply audio to pin 11 and key the radio with pin 9. Pin 13 mutes the pin 11 input. The manual was not written by a native english speaker. Can you confirm that you have audio on pin 11? (
