Why is it that RTTY operators are so much more likely to provide an LOTW confirmation versus CW/SSB ops? Does anyone have a theory? According to my records, here is how my LOTW confirmations break do

Bill, I've run enough RTTY to know better -- but I didn't. I would always have to remember to turn on AFC when CQing and to turn it off when running S&P. I also would have to remember to click "Ham"

I don't have a problem with anybody trying to educate the new RTTY op or the very casual RTTY op who participates in a contest. I appreciate what I've learned from many of the folks on this reflector
