- The current noisy adapter provides a 5v 2.1a USB port for cellphone, and other device, charging plus a digital battery voltage display. It's also connected to a standard vehicle cigar/accessory plug.

- Actually, KA7OEI is on the right track. Be prepared to be disappointed with regards to RFI from Chinese dc-dc converter modules. Extensive input and output filtering MUST be added if you want to elim
