- A WiFi extender/repeater (a single band type like most consumer units are) will cut your data throughput rate by around half. Think SIMPLEX packet digipeter. Better solutions to consider might be: 1

- I saw an FCC enforcement agent attach a solar edge optimiser to the back of a solar panel with nothing else attached and it generated 60db of noise. No other componets where involved. "Off" means not

- I would not expect some foam to stop > 60db of rfi. It would not surprise me if > 60 db would not be stopped with better solutions like cores etc. They installed some "we cannot explain what they are
