I have located the source of the power line RFI. The local utility RFI engineer (P.E.) has my RFI trouble ticket in the queue. Hopefully within the next week or so. But, now I'd like to gather ideas

I wonder how much extra it would cost (someone) two install chokes and/or twist the wires? it may be a good thought experiment with them to put a number on it regardless of who ends up paying for it.

Getting an SDR for wide band searching would be worth it. Walking around the neighborhood with a UHF receiver and small yagi would give some clues. Do you have an HF beam you can use to DF with? - Al
