Has anyone else interfaced the Orion to WriteLog? Mine works just fine except that the frequency window jumps from the Orions frequency to "no radio" and back again with (I think) every poling cycle.

My ssb settings essentially agree with Barry G, Bill and Eric. I used my Orion set at 1800 hz bw and 1.8 roofing filter all last weekend. I prefer to start AGC at 191 db and lower it until band noise

I fixed the problem. Put a small piece of black electrical tape over the swr area and it won't bother you any longer. But, taking the tape off to see the display in rx mode messes up qsk timing. Mayb
