Jim, In forced reload you can only upload software. You can not do an Open Remote or access the unit. This is normal and cannot be changed. Load the bin file in Forced reload and then reboot in norma

I don't see any way to upload the .bin file to the AP. There is no option to "Upload Software" until after you Open the Remote Config. Config ver: 3.86.10. Jim the to recognized.".

you need to select - Open Config File to open the .bin file (make sure you open a file w/ extension .bin) I don't see any way to upload the .bin file to the AP. There is no option to "Upload Software
