Just my two cents on this issue. I've been using COR/ROR before I picked up on Karlnet stuff. It's always been klunky in some areas with tonsa features being added regularly and more quirks or idiosy

I can't say officially on this Melvin but I've managed to do routing on the IP side and bridging on the IPX/SPX side using a COR and TC SOHO 4.x effectively.

I experienced it when I set the ethernet to Auto Speed Auto Duplex on a goofy switch. I went back to 10mbit half and it worked fine. enabled

In TC mode, you won't be able to associate with the AP-1000. You can only associate with a COR or Karlnet TC ISP Base. It must be ISP base according to the docs. of access point, the key code, ect. b
