- Excuse my ignorance. I used the GET command to get QRATE.EXE. It came in as an ASCII file. I chopped off the header and saved the remaining file, but it doesn't work. What do I need to do? 73. Ken, A

- You need to UUdecode the file. Also GET uud.com and strip off the mail headers. Then if you run uud by itself, it should give you a short help message. Make sure you saved the qrate file to a file ca
