- Yes, I think so. Virtually all computers have a sound card, windows already knows how to handle it. The only think it lacks is a keying line, and that is handled by ptt output on lpt or serial ports.

- forget about ramdisks for the dvp. i have never used one even with old 386dx25's with slow disks and performance is fine. with faster cpu's and disks out there in more modern machines they should be
