This may sound like a dumb quesion, but... I worked VO2RAC in the RAC contest. He gave his "section" as NF. To me, that means Newfoundland, but the prefix indicates Labrador. Which is correct? I need

Hi Jim: The reason VO2RAC gave NF as his section even though he is in Labrador is because Newfoundland and Labrador count together and the rules say that the exchange for that combined multiplier is
