Hi, I have 2 x 4ele 10M Force-12 yagis - should I... a) stack them horiz. polarisation one above the other @ 70 & 58ft, OR b) mount them vertically polarised on the ends of a horizontal boom @ 70ft?

No! Stacking them 12 feet apart will be disappointing. Stack them at 70 & 35 feet. 70ft? No, this is not my favorite configuration.

You should definitely stack them vertically. This will give you versatility in takeoff angle selection if you can feed either separately or both in phase (maybe even both out of phase). If you stack

Steve, Please stack them Vertically so you can take advantage of the angles by switching them. Upper Lower Both in phase Both out of phase. And you can rotate the lower one independently for beaming
