Scott, I took a piece of plywood 10 x 13 inches, put some rubber feet under it, and fixed a foot pedal on top next to a small piece of 2 x 4 inch wood. Both the foot pedal and 2 x 4 are fixed on top

I've been using several of those old $5 Radio Shack footswitches for 30-40 years now .... I suspect that they are no longer available but all of mine (about a half dozen of them) still work just fine

I use a thick rubberized kitchen floor mat from Costco (like you'd use in front of sink). It stays in place, and the cushioned top keeps the footswitch in one place. 73; Mike W7VO ___________________
