I forget which contest it was that I entered last year, but one of them assessed a PENALTY equivalent to 4 or 5 contacts for EACH busted call. I think this would go a long way towards encouraging ops

I saw a table of contents in a recent Worldradio and at the bottom is said "no contests are held on WARC bands". If we are worried about losing spectrum because the WARC bands are currently underused
