I've previously had this same problem with such amplifiers. Culprit was always the capacitor associated with the timing circuit going leaky and preventing a full charge to switch the timer circuit. R

Bon Jour Herik! As someone stated the problem is probably C109 (22 uF, 20V) on the HV & Control PCB. With R120 this RC delay circuit controls the time delay. If your actual delay is less than 3 minut
