I have a Titan amp that has over time, presented an increasing SWR to my Elecraft K3S. I have a SteppIR beam so it appears to be an input network problem in the Amp. I use the tuner in the K3 and all

Input swr can fluctuate on grounded grid amps when the emission of one or more tubes goes down.  In your case I agree its unlikely that every band would show increased input swr at the same time beca

On my 425 the input swr has changed dramatically with different Chinese replacement tubes. The original EIMAC's presented a very low swr on all bands. Now with the Chinese replacements I am using a m

Thanks for the suggestions. Ill look at the coax and path to the tubes. As for the degradation of the tube(s), I get full output with exactly the same drive, about 50w on 40m, as Ive always gotten, s

The 425 amp has a very keen anti-hotswitching watchdog circuit.  Youll notice if you try to use a foot pedal for example to key the amp and you have the radio feeding a signal in before you switch th

Yes. While this circuit is documented in the set of schematics that are part of the manual, the split of this circuitry across multiple pages describing each circuit board makes it tricky to follow.
