Also, Svetlana is out of business many years ago. There are several folks on EBay selling Russian tubes but none of them are Svetlana brand. The all have the original Russian insignias on them. Perha

Some time ago, Svetlana had a US distribution. There was also a fellow in Texas that seemed to import them (tom's Tubes). Tom is no longer with us, but the main US distribution is also missing. I see

Is this where the 'Pride' brand name came in? I have a set of 811a's labeled Pride in red but the bottle has a 'P' in a circle etched on it. I thought these tubes were mfgd by Svetlana.... Regards Da

I believe Pride was an early RF Parts house brand that wasnt all that good. They changed the name and still left the quaility out IMO. Their current "brand" is Taylor. A sorry end to a great US name.
