- Pavel's an ok dealer. But, the whole banking system in Russia and money transfer mechanism is costly and difficult. Suggest buying two at once and combining the money transfer costs.

- The only way to find out about seal integrity is with a high-pot tester. I have seen several-yr old, still in the mfg's carton, Jennings vac-variables that tested at less than half the marked V-ratin
