Pavel's an ok dealer. But, the whole banking system in Russia and money transfer mechanism is costly and difficult. Suggest buying two at once and combining the money transfer costs.

The only way to find out about seal integrity is with a high-pot tester. I have seen several-yr old, still in the mfg's carton, Jennings vac-variables that tested at less than half the marked V-ratin
