Possible hum problems are associated with improper wiring of the PRIMARY of the transformer. You comments apply to the SECONDARY of the transformer, and are not relevant to this discussion. 73, Jim K

I opened it up and disconnected the filament transformer then again keyed and no hum..I have tried grounding all kinds of ways and still hum..Would some beads help out? Thanks Bob W5RG How can you te
