- Ok .. do you really need the Mangeian Wire from the B- of the Filter board to the shunted amp meter?? CATHODE. I have my amp up and running with a GS-35b now and im sure that my bias isnt working rig

- Guys, The stuff is Manganin wire and it's claim to fame is that it has nearly perfect zero temperature coefficient which is good for meters etc. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manganin and the stuf
