- Anyone happen to know the specs on a M1156 Transistor from the late 1980's? Also goes by a Motorola service part number 48-84411L56. These are large SOE bipolar devices so they're probably VHF or UHF

- I'm quite sure they are 12 volts. The number sounds familiar. I'll have to look at a couple of Motorola radio manuals to see if I can find them. They may be from a Motorola Maxar, Mitrek or Micor. No
