I've got a flaky 903 amp, with a series of devices starting with SRF7058, then SRF7059, then SRF7053. Only ref I've been able to find is that the 7053 is a 100w FET device, but I'm not sure I believe

John, The SRF line is by RF Parts. They contracted with Motorola at the time to produce these custom numbers for them. In reality, they are the same as the Motorola line. You can contact RF Parts for
