- Hi all, Can anyone steer me to a supplier of zener diodes in the 30 to 50 volt and 25 to 50 watt dissipation range. My Mouser catalogue seems to cut off at the 5 watt level? "73, George, VE3LTU. ____

- K2AW,Mouser,RFParts Co,all sell 50 watt stud mount Zeners of various voltages...K2AW has best prices and faster service IMO..I have purchased 50 watt zeners from all mentioned suppliers..GL,Jim..K7RD

- I don't believe anyone is making high wattage zeners any more. Any time I find one at a ham fest I grab it. Is there some specific voltage you need? I have some 50 watt zeners. David KC2JD/4 ________
