Is there a list of lower cost VOM's that can measure 5KV. I know of the Simpson 260 (version 5 and older only) that can ..... are there any others to keep an eye out for?? KC7NOA ____________________

I have been measuring HV for 20 years and I started out by simply taking a 1ma meter movement meter and adding a precision series resistor in front of it. I found a 1% 5megohm resistor and used that.
