- I don't believe that the harmonic filters can be dismissed as negligible. Desigining them isn't so hard: but implementing that design physically is another matter. Anyone who thinks they can get away

- I still can't find the original, but I did find a reference to it in Microwaves & RF reprint (Jan 83) of the app. note: H Granberg, "MOSFET Power in the kW level", QST (December 1982, January 1983).
