I think that the PT numbers were mostly customer specific, either in testing or for commercial disguise although the actual transistors were usually generic types. A few PT parts made it to general s

PT was one of the prefixes used for TRW RF parts (others were J0 and MRA), some were custom parts but the vast majority were for general sale. I can't say I recognise the numbers listed but they may
