- What is a good starting value for a plate choke? i have averaged the various chokes in the different handbooks for different amps, 60uh 110 by far the most popular of coarse i will dip and check for

- That is a fairly decent value and was what B&W used in their 160-10M 802. That one is not easy to duplicate since it uses a threaded form. I pretty much stick with a homebrew 188uh that I have detail
