Got it. I'll check the current by just shorting the relay connector without the exciter/radio connected or on, but with a load affixed to the RF out. This does help explain why 100ma would be the min

Thank you all for your assistance. I think I have it all figured out now. I had a few issues. One, the internal watt meter for power out isn't just "off" but rather OFF. Part of my concern was seeing
