You have a lot of circulating current through blocking caps on 10 m. For a critical application, I'd stick with a known manufacturer like HEC where you can see a range of specifications and test data

I picked up a CP cap at Dayton a few years ago for $20 or $30, 7.5 KV 8.7 uF oil cap. It had a case crack but JB Weld fixed that. Seems good to go. Probably make a nice filter cap for a choke input.
