Any HV measuring illl be doin will be done "hands off" ... ill be turning on the power at the circuit breaker and if there is a bang .. ill just turn it off again .. if not .. check where the amp is

Ok, its a known thing now. The cut off voltage in a P9306UL will not power/run relays for Tx/Rx. Even running on 240V it will not supply enough current to energise two 24V relays in series. (bummer)
