I dont know about the 2K & 3K specifically, but I do know about the 3K-A & 2K Classic (and Classic X). The 3K-A puts almost 4kV on the 3-500s, the 2K only about 3kV. The Classic X puts about the same

I don't think you want to run it in SSB (4kV) mode with a continuous output (like data or AM). My 3K-A with RF Parts ZGs will do that, too but the Tubes get pretty bright orange!! I can get almost 25
