- A quick intro - been a ham since 2003, upgraded to General in 2004, and then to Extra in 2006. i currently have a 30L1. i push the 30L1 too hard in contests and want to move to an amp that is better

- the stated specs for the SEND relay on my radio are +16VDC 0.5A the stated specs for the Key Input sink are +12VDC 100mA i know that the specs jive, but i'm curious if it's bad form to direct connect

- i am seeing a corona discharge around both tubes in an amp - the blue glow is visible if you look down through the cooling fins - the tubes are 3cx800's. any ideas on what would cause this? the coron
