The E-prom is on the CPU board. Suggest you find a copy
of the
service manual. You will need to remove both covers, tip
the
front panel forward, and the CPU board is in the metal box
on the
left. Suggest you wear a static strap. It's also a good
time to
change the bulb behind the meter. Careful, the wiring is a
little
crammed.
