Thanks Mike. No, this is not the "slow display coming on" issue, which I have
seen a few times as well. But the second problem that listed in the link you
provided, "cap failure" that was listed by VK6DG, is interesting.
What I see when I push the power button is NOTHING! No display, No little LED
indicators, no nothing! It's like it's unplugged from the wall. If I leave the
button pushed in for about 4 to 5 minutes, it comes on.
