[Yaesu] fl7000 &ft990

After operation the amp&990 if I put the mode switch in standby on the amp
the 990 has output, but if I turn the power off the amp the 990 has no
output the red tx light blinks, turn the power back on mode sw in standby
radio has out put. If I turn the amp off it takes about 5 min before the 990
has any output. Both my 990 does the same.any help would be appricated. Don
